Duties: 

  - A/R

  - A/P

  - Bank, Credit Card and Cash
     reconciliations

  - Collections

  - Client & Vendor relations

  - Payroll

  - Banking

  - Investments, Funds, Other accounts

 Work with all principals/key employees on

   -  cash flow analysis

   -  budgets

   -  job costing

   -  reporting to principals in a timely
         manner
   -  Strong communication skills, written &
        verbal. 
   -  Excellent interpersonal skills

   -  Professional in appearance &
        demeanor. 
   -  Computer proficiency with strong
        knowledge of QuickBooks, MS Office
        Suite, Outlook, and general
        troubleshooting.
   -  Knowledge of general office procedures. 
   -  Ability to follow directions carefully.
   -  Ability to multi-task with consistency in
        accuracy and timeliness. 
   -  Ability to perform under pressure
